This is a certified 5 mile single lap road route on country lanes. It has a few testing climbs (880ft/268m), with the last mile a sting in the tail, don’t expect to break any PBs!
As part of the club’s commitment to helping to reduce climate change, we’ll give you a £2 Drinks Voucher if you travel to the race using public transport, or if you walk, cycle or run to the start, or if you car share with 4 or more people.

- Prizes are offered to Female and Male runners:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd
- 1st V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65 and V70
- Headphones are not permitted
- The course is not suitable for wheelchairs
