Following on from our very successful Spring sessions we are pleased to announce we are doing more this Autumn.
We are putting on a 10 week programme to take complete beginners who have never run before through a tried and tested way of getting you to run 5 Kilometres (3.1 miles)

The sessions will be led by trained and experienced run leaders.

The sessions are FREE!

When do they start?

The first session of the Autumn evening program is on September 12th 2022 at Whaley Bridge Athletic Football club, Park Road Whaley Bridge. Free parking and WCs available.

What Time?

We meet at 7pm and the session lasts no more than 45 minutes.

Evening Sessions

Starting on Monday September 12th
Second session on Wednesday September 14th
Then Mondays and Wednesdays for the 10 weeks.
